Fast and nice but kinda loud

The cutter is excellent overall. However, my only two complaints are that if the rollers aren't perfectly placed and clamped, the vinyl tends to grab and crunch up, causing issues. Additionally, it can be quite loud during operation. Despite these drawbacks, it remains a pretty great cutter.

My review focuses more on the customer service provided by Heat Print Hub rather than the vinyl cutter itself. I purchased this cutter to enhance my t-shirt business by using vinyl and contour cutting dark transfer pieces. After having it for about three weeks, I struggled to get it working properly. I reached out to Heat Print Hub numerous times via email, feeling bad for the amount of assistance I required. However, every time I contacted them, they were incredibly helpful and patient. After several emails, they guided me through the troubleshooting process, and thanks to their support, I finally got it up and running smoothly. I was initially regretting my decision to purchase this machine until I figured it out, and I couldn't have done it without the exceptional help from their customer service team.
